JEMMCo Consulting, LLC is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/Travel Support Assistant to join our team in St. Inigoes, MD.
Job Description:
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and lead lower-level clerical staff. Regularly interact with senior leadership. Must have attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to be the face of the organization. Provide travel support to the Division.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Familiarity with releasing Naval Messages using C2OIX program, BASICS, TASS and SAAR-N processing and submission preferred. Maintaining personnel records and training records Direct communication and support for the Division Director, Branch Heads, Operations lead and Acquisition lead. Use MS Office tools, MS Teams and SharePoint sites to control and manage data Assist and confirm Visit Requests and Security Clearances in Defense Information Systems for Security (DISS) Assist Government new hires with set up of their profile within the Defense Travel System (DTS) and obtain the Government Travel Card Passport processing requests Continuously monitor travel policy and regulations set forth by the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) and Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) Proficiently plan itineraries and schedule travel arrangements within the DTS using knowledge of routes, types of carriers, and travel regulations Verify travel orders; ensure costs are within scope, and all travel arrangements are fully booked prior to trip start date May need to shorten / extend trip durations creating the need to reroute, re-plan, or rearrange modes of travel and scheduling connections Complete travel forms, including delivery of files containing travel orders and other pertinent forms to personnel prior to trip departure protecting all Privacy Act data Ensure SAIW civilian employees have proper access to classified information and workspace while on travel utilizing the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or sending requests to the various control centers (MARMC/SWRMC) or Shipyards. Process travel vouchers for reimbursement, ensuring costs are controlled and in compliance with entitlements set forth by the JTR Update the Division SharePoint Travel site with each traveler's trip and upload receipts when vouchers are complete
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, and security background investigation.

minimum three (3) years of experience with at least one (1) year of experience supporting navy customers. Bachelor's degree in business or business discipline.
