Job Description:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a dynamic and fast-moving executive calendar with shifting priorities Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logistics Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business materials, including sensitive or confidential information Serve as a strategic partner in managing executive priorities, communications, and time management Provide administrative support to senior leadership and cross-functional teams as needed Coordinate governance-related meetings, including agenda preparation, scheduling, and documentation Organize meetings and events, including catering/logistics, and capture detailed meeting notes and action items Maintain accurate and timely records of meetings, decisions, and follow-up items Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of initiatives Manage multiple competing priorities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
MUST HAVES
Open to candidates with senior administrative support experience or early-career Executive Assistant experience Proven experience managing complex calendars in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or multiple business stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and adapt quickly with minimal direction Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
NICE TO HAVES
Experience supporting executive leadership or enterprise-level teams Background in professional services, corporate, or regulated environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Experience coordinating leadership meetings, committees, or governance-related activities
