Executive Assistant to CEO Law Firm | Metro Detroit Area Position Overview Our client, a fast-paced and high-profile law firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal capacities directly. This is a high-visibility, high-pressure role requiring exceptional organization, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting true C-suite executives (CEO, Founder, Managing Partner, President level) and thrives in fast-moving environments where adaptability and strong judgment are critical. Key Responsibilities Manage an extremely active and complex business and personal calendar Coordinate meetings, travel, appointments, and scheduling logistics across multiple platforms and apps Screen and manage business and personal calls, messages, and communications Respond to client inquiries and high-priority matters directed to the CEO Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Assist with personal executive support needs, errands coordination, and lifestyle management tasks Prepare reports, meeting materials, agendas, and executive updates Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-through on key initiatives Support occasional marketing events, networking functions, and executive meetings Provide executive summaries or updates on operational or marketing reports when applicable Qualifications 5+ years supporting a CEO, Founder, Managing Partner, or other true C-suite executive Exceptional calendaring and scheduling management experience required Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling apps, reporting platforms, and digital tools Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure, urgency, and constant prioritization without losing composure Experience in legal, professional services, or other fast-paced client-driven environments strongly preferred Exposure to digital marketing reporting or analytics is a plus, but not required Compensation Compensation is commensurate with experience and capability.
