Job Description

Executive Assistant Position Summary The Executive Assistant to the President is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the President. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Description of Duties Provide sophisticated calendar management for President. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the President's ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports. Serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the President, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect President's style and organization policy. Personal and household management Run errands, such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, or picking up prescriptions. Assist with household tasks like scheduling service providers. Source and purchase gifts or household items. Manage social media accounts and online presence Qualifications/Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a must. Willing to train so that Executive Assistant can be as productive and efficient as possible.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
