Seeking part-time Executive Assistant to the CEO! Our Team At Therapy Today Counseling & Consulting, we offer same-day access to talk therapy. Job Description Therapy Today is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will provide superior scheduling and administrative support. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent listening, organization, prioritization and multitasking skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to edit documents and be proficient with Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Routine activities will include managing schedules and timelines, making travel arrangements, supporting meetings, and other related tasks necessary to ensure efficient and professional operation at the executive level. You will need to be self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative, inclusive, on-site environment with the CEO. This Position If:

You can take constructive criticism, incorporate it, and flourish in a demanding environment. Responsibilities Serve as a confidential member of the CEO's team within the organization. Effectively manage the schedule of the CEO by arranging meetings including date, time, and location including confirmation of attendance as well as communication before and after. Manage mail and email of the CEO, draft responses to emails, and meeting follow-ups. Draft internal and external communications, correspondence, and documents and send to CEO for final edits and approval. Provide travel and event support by way of scheduling travel arrangements, accommodations, and special event planning. Organize meetings and prepare meeting materials, including taking notes as directed, external participant scheduling and agenda assistance. Provide professional communication on behalf of the CEO as requested. Maintain an orderly electronic and paper filing system for documents; organize business documents and ensure that all time-sensitive documents are fully executed by the CEO. Assist with personal scheduling and tasks as needed. Complete local errands as needed. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative assistance, preferably with a background assisting a business owner or other chief officer of a company. Discrete professional demeanor with the ability to maintain and honor appropriate confidentiality. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills Ability to recognize a need, determine an appropriate course of action, and efficiently execute a solution. Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoom experience recommended. Ability to learn similar programs as needed. Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in both in-person and virtual environments, including active listening and comprehension retell. Ability to demonstrate excellent written communications skills via professional communications and personal communications. Ability to work independently or under supervision and to multi-task when a wide variety of tasks is required. Valid driver's license and vehicle for errands as needed.
