Job Description

At Advanced Rehab Management Services, we are a healthcare technology company that helps physical therapy providers maximize revenue and grow their practices through our proprietary BOOST platform. We're looking for an Executive Business Partner to work directly with the CEO and President in a highly trusted, high-impact role. This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. This role is for someone who enjoys creating structure, driving follow-through, solving problems, and helping executive leadership operate at a high level. You'll serve as a key operational partner — helping leadership stay organized, aligned, and focused on the highest priorities as the company continues to grow. What You'll Do Manage and prioritize executive calendars and schedules Coordinate meetings, priorities, and follow-up actions Help keep projects, initiatives, and communication moving forward Support executive decision-making through organization and preparation Create structure and improve operational efficiency where needed Track action items and ensure accountability across teams Assist in maintaining a professional, organized office environment Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate What We're Looking For 3+ years supporting senior leadership (CEO, President, Executive Team, or similar) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism Strong follow-through and sense of ownership Ability to work independently without constant direction Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business environment Who Thrives in This Role People who succeed here tend to: Naturally create order and structure Stay calm and organized under pressure Take initiative instead of waiting to be asked Think ahead and anticipate problems early Enjoy helping leaders stay focused and effective Like being trusted with high-level responsibilities Why This Role Work directly with executive leadership High visibility and meaningful impact on the business Opportunity to grow into broader operations leadership over time Be part of a fast-growing healthcare technology company Trusted role with real ownership and influence Nicotine-Free Workplace We maintain a nicotine-free workplace in accordance with applicable laws. $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
