What you will be doing We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Strategic Leadership Team and Board of Directors. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining effective communication across leadership and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential environment and takes pride in delivering high-level administrative support. Key responsibilities include coordinating Board meetings and events, preparing agendas and meeting materials, taking minutes, and maintaining secure and organized records. You will manage the President/CEO's calendar, arrange meetings and travel logistics, prepare correspondence and reports, and serve as a professional point of contact for visitors and inquiries. Additional duties include organizing files and documents, monitoring office supplies, assisting with expense reports, and supporting various projects and events as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of handling multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and support leadership at the highest level. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role with significant knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Senior Executive Assistant experience and certification are highly desirable.
