Job Description

Ultimate Staffing has an immediate role for an Executive Assistant at our automotive supplier client in Metro Detroit. This position is Direct Hire with a salary range of $90-100k with full benefits package. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, you will be relied upon to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations. Directives Support company owners to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved and best practices are upheld Responsibilities Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. Represent the company and the Executives in a positive light through great follow through skills and sound judgment. Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance. Manage and coordinate scheduling and calendar management, including making travel arrangements. Provide administrative and office support. Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site. Complete ad hoc projects as assigned. Required skills and qualifications Five or more years of experience (in the above duties) in an administrative role reporting directly to C-suite executives in a manufacturing-related company Bachelor's degree in related field (strongly preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and additional productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner while presenting a professional demeanor and appearance Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
