Keller Williams Paint Creek is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the commercial real estate side of the business. We are looking for someone who can operate at a high level, anticipate needs before they arise, and help keep leadership focused on growth while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces with professionalism and urgency. You should enjoy creating order, solving problems, and being deeply involved in the operations of a growing commercial real estate business.
Compensation Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive priorities Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and client communications Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between leadership, clients, vendors, and internal teams Assist with commercial real estate operations, transactions, and project coordination Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents Help manage contracts, deadlines, follow-ups, and operational workflows Create and improve systems, SOPs, and organizational processes Track projects and ensure accountability across multiple initiatives Support marketing coordination, client events, and business development efforts when needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Qualifications:
