Executive Administrative Assistant Allied National Services $30k - $60k DOE United States, Minnesota, Brooklyn Park Apr 20, 2026 Job Description Executive Administrative Assistant Allied National Services Allied National Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and enjoys supporting both people and business operations. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization Maintain files and records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies Support Directors and senior leadership with administrative tasks and special projects Respond to and manage incoming mail, phone calls, and email inquiries Prepare reports, scorecards, and basic data analysis using Excel and internal systems Assist with internal inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits programs Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Support the development of presentations for senior leadership, including data and key insights Assist with training programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, onboarding preparation, and maintaining training materials Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and efficiency Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and ask thoughtful questions Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance
