As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support leadership and help drive daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in keeping both people and processes running smoothly. What You'll Do Executive & Leadership Support Manage calendars, priorities, and communications for leadership Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal initiatives Serve as a key point of contact across the organization Operations & Office Management Keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently Maintain organized systems for documents, schedules, and workflows Support coordination between sales, production, and management Customer & Communication Management Answer calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service Schedule appointments and manage incoming leads Maintain strong communication with clients throughout project timelines Data & Systems Management Enter and manage data in QuickBooks and CRM systems Track key information and ensure records are accurate and up to date Support reporting and internal tracking as needed Project & Administrative Support Assist with project coordination and special initiatives Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials Support payroll processing and material ordering What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and proactive. Experience is helpful, but mindset matters just as much.
