Onsite Pay Rate:
$28-$33 per hour Beacon Hill's client, a fast-growing consumer goods company, is seeking a high-impact Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support their Main Lodge operations and provide dedicated administrative support to the CEO. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate and offers hands-on exposure in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is split between office management (25%) and executive assistant support (75%), making it ideal for someone who thrives on organization, ownership, and being the operational backbone of the office. Position Overview The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the main office runs smoothly and maintains a polished, organized presence. From managing the physical office space and inventory to supporting the CEO's daily schedule and meetings, this individual is truly the glue that keeps things running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support (Primary Focus): Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and logistical planning Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and offsite gatherings, including room reservations and catering Assist the Executive Team with ad hoc administrative needs and special requests Support ongoing and one-time special projects as assigned
Office Management & Facilities:
Oversee the organization and day-to-day upkeep of the Main Lodge, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professional environment Maintain and restock office supplies, kitchen items, snacks, beverages, and product sample inventory Manage inventory across sample closets, product rooms, IT/technology areas, and general office storage Ensure conference rooms, displays, and common areas are consistently organized and well-presented Perform weekly kitchen and refrigerator cleanouts to maintain cleanliness standards Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries Greet visitors and serve as a welcoming presence within the
Main Lodge New Team Member Support & IT Coordination:
Prepare workspaces for new hires by setting up desks, arranging building access, and coordinating onboarding meetings Maintain working knowledge of in-office technology (WiFi, TVs, conferencing tools) to support reliable communication with internal teams and external partners Ideal Candidate Profile This opportunity is designed for a high-performing, self-motivated professional looking to build their career.
