Job Description

District Executive Assistant Full Time, 260 days, Mon-Fri, 8hrs/day
Location :
District Office, Mora Public Schools Qualifications:
Assist the Superintendent and School Board with high level administrative work. The Executive Assistant assists with employment hiring and lifecycle, policy and recordkeeping for all confidential, certified, and classified staff. The position plays an integral role in the daily administrative operations and communications for the school district.
Education and Experience:
Associate Degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred. One to three years of administrative office or office management experience is required . School district or public entity experience is strongly preferred.
Job Duties:
: Superintendent support - assists with high level administrative work with minimal direction and supervision. School Board support - organize, assemble, prepare and distribute monthly board agendas for board meetings.
Annual Salary Range:
$50,000 ($24/hr) to $58,000 ($28/hr) annually. Dependent on qualifications.
Benefits:
260 days. Eligible for vacation leave, sick leave, personal leave, paid holidays, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, PERA, and 403(b) match.
