Executive Assistant Kansas City, MO | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Direct Hire | up to $90K LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with an organization within the Legal industry who is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to an Attorney. This is a critical role that serves as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations with a strong focus on calendar management, travel coordination, and project support-particularly during high-pressure periods. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can operate with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a complex, high-volume calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating priorities, and aligning competing deadlines Coordinate logistics for meetings, deadlines, and time-sensitive initiatives Arrange detailed travel plans, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries Provide support for large-scale projects and deadline-driven initiatives, including preparation, coordination, and execution Serve as a liaison between senior leadership, clients, external partners, and internal teams Maintain highly organized records, files, and administrative documentation Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting senior leadership Strong experience managing complex calendars in fast-paced settings Proven ability to coordinate travel and logistics with high attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment Ability to pivot quickly and remain calm under pressure Comfortable working onsite full-time
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel approximately 3 times per year to support key business initiatives Travel may be local or out of town Trips can range from 2-3 weeks at a time Requires flexibility and the ability to fully support extended, high-priority engagements
