Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to help manage both personal and business operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a demanding role for someone who can think quickly, stay organized under pressure, and handle multiple responsibilities without constant direction. This is not a basic assistant role. We are looking for someone mentally tough, highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of operating at a high level across both business and personal matters. Compensation Compensation is based on experience, capability, availability, and overall fit for the role. Long-term growth opportunities available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and daily coordination Handle emails, calls, follow-ups, and communication professionally Coordinate with vendors, staff, contractors, and business contacts Assist with business operations, administrative work, and project management Help organize timelines, systems, documents, and ongoing projects Handle personal and business errands when necessary Assist with website updates, website building, and online platforms Create or assist with marketing materials, presentations, and social media content using Canva Support branding, promotions, event coordination, and business development projects Assist with hiring coordination and team communication Solve problems independently and make sound decisions under pressure Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time Requirements Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Strong judgment and decision-making abilities Confidence, professionalism, and thick skin Ability to think critically and solve problems independently Strong communication and follow-through Ability to operate without constant supervision Experience building or managing websites preferred Familiarity with Canva and basic content/design tools required Familiarity with social media platforms and online business tools preferred Flexible availability, including nights and weekends when needed Reliable transportation Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism Hospitality, executive assistant, operations, management, or administrative experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling systems, and business software preferred Ideal Candidate Calm under pressure Highly adaptable and resourceful Organized and detail-oriented Assertive but professional Fast learner with strong critical-thinking skills Loyal, dependable, and hard-working Able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously Strong common sense and judgment Solution-oriented with a strong work ethic Comfortable handling demanding situations and personalities professionally To Apply Please submit: Resume Brief introduction about yourself Examples of websites, Canva work, or relevant projects (if available) Previous experience in fast-paced or high-pressure environments Why you believe you are a strong fit for this role We are looking for someone who can stay composed, think independently, handle pressure, and execute at a high level consistently.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
