full-timeJob Description:
Executive Assistant (Sales & Operations) Overview Most people will not like this role. The right person will. You will work directly with the founder and sit in the middle of everything that matters. The part of the business that makes money, and the part that keeps everything from breaking. Your job is simple to understand and hard to do well. Make sure deals move. Make sure follow up happens. Make sure nothing slips through the cracks. At the same time, make sure the business runs clean. Keep communication tight. Control how time is spent. Remove friction so the founder can focus on closing and growing. This is not a sit back and wait role. A significant part of the job is outbound outreach and follow up. Expect to spend 10 to 20 hours per week messaging prospects, following up, and booking calls. If you do not like outreach or do not want to follow up more than once or twice, this is not a fit. This is also not a dead end role. If you perform, this grows into one of two paths. You either move into a full Executive Assistant or Operator role working alongside the founder, or you move into a Sales role with closing responsibility and higher commissions. You will start by owning pipeline, outreach, and execution while also helping keep the business running smoothly day to day. If a deal is sitting, you follow up. If something needs to be sent, you send it. If something is messy, you clean it up. If something is unclear, you figure it out and move it forward. You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to take ownership and get things done. If that sounds like pressure, it is. If that sounds like opportunity, you are probably a fit. ?
