BFC is looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage sensitive information with discretion, and knows how to keep schedules, communication, meetings, and priorities from spiraling into complete chaos. This role serves as a key support partner to the President/CEO and executive leadership team while helping maintain efficiency across day-to-day operations. Job Summary Bank of Franklin County in Washington, MO is seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our President/CEO and senior leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while managing sensitive and confidential information. Duties Manage daily operations of the President/CEO's office Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments Prepare and manage confidential correspondence and Board materials Act as a liaison between executive leadership, Board of Directors, and staff Coordinate and support offsite meetings and events—including Community Council advisory board meetings, company events, and outreach initiatives—with flexibility to assist outside normal business hours. Screen calls, visitors, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion Maintain organized records, reports, and office systems Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter, proactively anticipating needs and taking initiative with minimal direction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Administrative degree or equivalent experience preferred Competitive salary with benefits.
