Job Description

Description Shodair Children's Foundation is seeking a highly organized, professional, and collaborative Foundation Executive Assistant to support Foundation leadership and help advance our mission of improving the lives of Montana's children and families. This role provides executive-level administrative support, coordinates special projects and events, manages donor and fundraising records, and serves as a key liaison with donors, community partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Support Foundation Board activities, including preparing agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up communications. Draft and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, and other organizational materials. Assist with fundraising events, campaigns, special projects, and community engagement activities. Maintain donor records and fundraising data within Blackbaud and other CRM systems. Perform bookkeeping and financial administrative functions, including daily deposits and financial tracking. Collaborate across Foundation and hospital departments to support organizational goals and operational excellence. Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners. Requirements Preferred:
5-7 years of experience in executive support, nonprofit administration, or a related field preferred. Background in marketing, communications, business, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
