They thrive in high-expectation environments, maintain strict confidentiality, and represent the brand and executive leadership with professionalism, discretion, and confidence in both business and social settings. Daily Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and personal support to executive leadership with professionalism and discretion Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and day-to-day scheduling priorities Coordinate communications, follow-ups, and confidential correspondence on behalf of the executive Assist with personal errands, event coordination, and lifestyle management as needed Attend networking events, business functions, and select social engagements alongside the owner, representing the brand with professionalism and confidence Anticipate needs proactively and solve problems quickly with minimal supervision Qualifications Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills, with the ability to communicate professionally across clients, vendors, and executive leadership Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business and personal matters with discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury environment with high standards of professionalism
