Job Description:
3 months contract What level of experience, certifications, and specific skills are required? 1. Minimum 3-5 years of executive administrative support experience required (in a healthcare or hospital environment preferred.) 2. Strong organizational, calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential communication skills. 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with executives, physicians, staff, and external stakeholders. 5. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Job Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, clerical, and special project support to executive leadership. This role requires independent judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to support operational and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Screens telephone calls and visitors using discretion and judgment.
  • Manages executive calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and conference coordination.
  • Prepares confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and related materials.
  • Supports Board and Committee agenda processes, meeting logistics, and documentation.
  • Maintains confidential electronic and paper files.
  • Coordinates special projects, gathers information, and tracks assignment completion.
  • Promotes excellent customer service to patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
  • Supports patient safety and quality initiatives through adherence to organizational policies and reporting systems.
  • Performs additional administrative duties as assigned.
