Job Description :

As a Sr. Associate, you will: Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Program Management, Master Scheduling, Operations) to align sales order execution with customer program objectives Perform sales order setup and administration, including customer address file creation and credit block release Manage delivery and billing blocks to prevent shipment delays, including data exports using Genie tools Process sales order new and change requests (Sales Order Entry) Maintain and reconcile sales order invoices Create and manage WIN Shuttle requests Provide data and issue resolution support for Finance and internal stakeholders Execute weekly and monthly quality assurance reporting to ensure sales order backlog accuracy The ideal candidate will have:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree

AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS OF SAP EXPERIENCE

Skilled in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Advanced Excel Point Qualified candidates should

Pay Range•: $37.00 to $39/per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
