The Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Vice President and the Division of Student Affairs. This position serves as a key point of contact for students, employees, community members, and external partners while ensuring efficient office operations, confidential handling of sensitive matters, and effective coordination of divisional priorities. The Executive Assistant exercises sound judgement, professionalism, discretion, and initiative in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements Associate's degree in office administration, business administration, communications, or related field; and/or minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative or office management experience. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows, competing priorities, and deadlines. High level of initiative, judgment, and independent problem-solving ability. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across the institution. Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administrative technologies. Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information. Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable, professional, and composed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, business administration, communications, or a related field; and/or four or more years of experience in an administrative support, or office management role. Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, manage multiple priorities, and support executive-level initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information SALARY:
$55,000- 60,000, commensurate with education and experience

NDSCS offers a comprehensive benefits package with an estimated value of over $25,000. The package includes single or family health insurance coverage with premiums paid for by the College- with an effective date for new employees the first of the month following the date of hire.
