Job Description

WHO WE ARE
Green Future Structural Innovations is a nationally operating company specializing in structural reinforcement and concrete repair for grain silos, flour mills, feed mills, ethanol plants, and other large agricultural and industrial facilities. We are known for tackling complex structural challenges with urgency, innovation, and excellence. As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in stronger systems, clearer accountability, and operational maturity. This role is a key part of that investment.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
This role is for an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant who sees themselves as a true business partner to the CEO, not just a scheduler or task taker. The right person thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates needs, protects executive focus, and brings order and follow-through to complex workloads across multiple companies, properties, and priorities. Before applying, the following statements should resonate deeply with you: I take ownership of my executive's time, priorities, and commitments as if they were my own. My organizational ability keeps chaos at bay, even when priorities shift quickly. I think ahead, connect dots, and solve problems before they become issues. I am comfortable respectfully pushing back when something doesn't align with priorities. Confidentiality is non-negotiable; I handle sensitive matters with maturity and discretion. When I say something is "handled," it truly is. I operate with professionalism, urgency, and a high standard of excellence in everything I do.
