Job Description:
Robert Half is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership. Position Overview The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team while helping ensure the smooth operation of executive office functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents Maintain confidential records and sensitive information Coordinate leadership, board, and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and minutes Organize and maintain contracts, files, and important organizational documents Assist with special projects, grant submissions, and reporting requirements Support internal communications, newsletters, and annual reporting efforts Supervise and provide guidance to administrative support staff Develop and improve office workflows and administrative processes Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business education preferred 5+ years of executive support, office management, or administrative leadership experience Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Prior supervisory experience is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed Preferred Experience Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams Knowledge of nonprofit organizations, government agencies, or community-based organizations is a plus
