Executive Assistant -

OneSchool Global is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in our Regional Support Office (located in Bridgewater, NJ) The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to OneSchool Global's Regional Director of Education & Regional Director of Operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Duties Include Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents Coordinate meetings, agendas, and materials; take and distribute meeting notes as needed Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone calls, mail) Assist with project coordination and follow up on action items Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation Support planning and logistics for events, conferences, and executive engagements Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes Process travel expense reports in a timely manner Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills About OSG OneSchool Global is one of the world's largest, truly global schools, with over 8000 students, 120+ campuses and 2000 staff operating across 20 countries.
