120k Position Overview The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication across the organization. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and serving as a trusted liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Draft, edit, and prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism. Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO, leadership team, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor management, supplies, and administrative workflows. Support special projects, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met across cross-functional teams. Required Experience/Skills Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience/Skills Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing executive calendars. Familiarity with event planning and client-facing communications. Knowledge of financial tracking and budgeting support. Ability to develop and refine administrative processes for improved efficiency. Experience supporting business development or marketing initiatives. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Additional certifications in office administration or executive support are a plus.
