The position demands great attention to detail. We are seeking an individual who understands and wants to work with a team of dedicated individuals in a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain office documents and client records. Assistant to Supervisors and Managers. Thrives on the ever-changing priorities of a fast-paced environment. Answering phones and corresponding via email with customers. Maintain numerous schedules. Manage database and files as appropriate. 2+ years of experience in front desk and/or administrative functions.
Skills and Abilities:
Detail oriented and technologically savvy. Ability to accurately review and edit information. Proficiency in Microsoft applications Ability to multitask and excel under pressure Positive, polished and professional attitude. Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems. Demonstrate effective soft skills, active listening, ability to empathize with the customer's situation and identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
Work Environment:
Candidate must be able to work exceptionally well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
