NO SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED B&B

We're looking for a Sales Representative who is motivated, eager to learn, and ready to build a rewarding career. The best part? No prior sales experience is required. Earnings Potential and Benefits:
$4,000 sign-on bonus Upside commission: Current consultants are earning $200,000-$400,000+ Performance-based bonus opportunities Full insurance package: medical, dental, vision, and life 401(K) retirement program Student loan repayment program Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship Car allowance or company vehicle. Performance rewards:

Compensation:
$200,000 - $400,000+
OTE Responsibilities:
Travel to pre-scheduled homeowner appointments in the NJ/NY Metro area Perform product demonstrations and present custom quotes during in-home consultations Follow a value-based selling process built on honesty and integrity Attend paid trainings and regular sales meetings
Qualifications:
