Executive Assistant - Hedge Fund Communication Team NYC | Midtown East | Onsite 5
Days Compensation:
Base salary range: $115-130k base DOE + discretionary bonus We're partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire an Executive Assistant supporting its Communications leadership and broader team. This is not a traditional one-to-one executive support role. While you'll support the Chief Communications Officer, you'll also serve as a key partner to a highly visible, collaborative team responsible for the firm's global brand, marketing, and communications initiatives. We're particularly interested in candidates who have supported Communications, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, or Branding teams and enjoy operating in fast-paced, high-touch environments. Experience working at a financial services firm and supporting a communications team is highly preferred.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, meetings, and team logistics
  • Partner closely with communications leadership on projects, presentations, team initiatives, and special events
  • Coordinate offsites, team events, and stakeholder meetings
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact across senior leadership, internal partners, and external stakeholders
  • Help drive team operations and ensure day-to-day priorities run smoothly
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
  • Experience supporting Communications, Marketing, Branding, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, Media, or similar teams
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
