Job Description
Key Responsibilities Calendar Management:
Proactively manage calendar, handling conflicting appointments and scheduling meetings,Communication Hub:
Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact, screening calls and managing email correspondence on behalf of the Managing Partner.Client & Team Liaison:
Coordinate with clients and internal staff to schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.Required Qualifications Experience:
3-5+ years of experience supporting a Partner, Managing Partner, or senior-level executive, preferably within a law firm setting.Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with legal document management systems (prior experience in NetDocuments and Cosmolex a plus).Communication Skills:
Superior written and verbal communication skills.Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:
