Job Description:

We're partnering with a high-growth fintech scaling rapidly in Manhattan to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role sits at the centre of the business. You will act as the eyes and ears of the CEO, operating across strategic projects, business operations, and day-to-day execution

What You'll Be Doing Owning a complex, ever-changing calendar across international time zones Acting as a strategic filter for the CEO's time, focus, and priorities Managing inbox communications and driving actions forward Supporting strategic initiatives and business operations projects Preparing high-quality materials for board, investor, and leadership meetings Acting as a key liaison across internal teams and global stakeholders Representing the CEO professionally across meetings, events, and communications Coordinating international travel and high-profile engagements Bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-paced environment The Environment Fast-paced, scale-up energy Constant movement
