Executive Assistant (C-Suite)

Shift:

Day - 9 AM to 5

PM Duration:

3 Months Contract (with the possibility of extension)

Rate Range:

$45 to $50 per hour on W2

Work Schedule:

This role will be supporting the Division Head of the department. We are looking a detailed oriented person, to manage heavy calendar appointments and coordination of meetings. This person needs to be detailed oriented and needs to have 3-5 years experience supporting a c-suite role. We are looking for a mature person who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. They need to have the ability to work independently and have a sense of sound judgement. Preferred Masters degree and background in healthcare supporting large scale hospitals Although this role requires a bachelor degree, a master degree is preferred.
