Hiring an Executive Assistant to support the President at a highly regarded Hedge Fund. My client is very proud of their team, culture, and results. They are a relational firm who invests in their employees!! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys being deeply involved in executive operations. The position will manage priorities, coordinate meetings and travel, oversee communications, and ensure the executive's day-to-day runs seamlessly. The firm is looking for someone with: 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services A Bachelor's Degree Excellent organizational skills and sound judgment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail A proactive mindset and ability to balance speed and accuracy It's a great opportunity to join a firm that values excellence, professionalism, and transparency - and to work closely with leadership in a visible, impactful role.
