Client Overview Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to an organization making a meaningful impact. Salary/Hourly Rate $35/hr - $38/hr Position Overview The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments. Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries. Prepare presentations, reports, and executive correspondence. Track action items and follow up on outstanding deliverables. Coordinate internal and external meetings and events. Process expense reports and maintain organized records. Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, board members, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism. Assist with special projects and provide administrative support as needed. Required Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership. Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and sound judgment. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant Prior experience supporting executives within a nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, or mission-driven organization. Experience interacting with board members and external stakeholders. Event coordination and project management experience. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred.
