Job Description:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, ensuring the efficient management of schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and business priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilitie sManage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prioritize competing demands to optimize executive productivity .Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and expense reporting .Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication .Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy .Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, leadership meetings, and special events, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and follow-up action items .Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, exercising sound judgment in determining priorities and handling sensitive or confidential information .Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring executives remain informed and prepared for key business initiatives and commitments .Process expense reports, maintain records, manage confidential files, and support budget tracking and administrative operations as needed .Assist with special projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives while providing additional administrative support to leadership teams as required . Qualificatio nsAssociate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferre d.3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or C-suite professional s.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Team s.

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skill s.

Strong written and verbal communication abilitie s.

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive informatio n.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervisio n.

Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skill s.
