$100,000-$125,000k Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support to multiple executive leaders. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a high level of professionalism. The position also includes team leadership responsibilities, ensuring operational excellence and supporting associate development. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Proactively manage calendars and schedule appointments for assigned leaders and producers. Coordinate and arrange complex travel itineraries, ensuring alignment with preferences. Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and vendor coordination. Prepare and edit presentations, talking points, and marketing materials for internal and external engagements. Input and maintain accurate client and prospect data in Salesforce and other business development tools. Provide mentorship and guidance to administrative staff, ensuring adherence to best practices. Lead team meetings, monitor workloads, and provide feedback to maintain performance standards. Collaborate with HR and management on recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative team members. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions and decision-making. Required Experience/Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support. Must have experience managing a team Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to exercise judgment, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems. Experience managing confidential information with discretion. Preferred Experience/Skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Familiarity with professional networking platforms like and . Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members.
