Client Overview Our client is a well-regarded organization located in Queens. The organization features more than 400 hands-on opportunities that explore topics such as biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering. Our client focuses on interactive learning to experiment and discover scientific concepts through play and exploration. Our client offers educational programs, demonstrations, and community initiatives that promote STEM learning for people of all ages. They are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to support their Executive team. Salary/Hourly Rate $35/hr Position Overview The Executive Assistant will be the professional who provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, such as the CEO. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements, and handle communications on behalf of the executive. The ideal candidate will also help prepare reports, presentations, and important documents while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant Provide day-to-day executive administrative support to the C-suite and senior leadership. Manage multiple calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate internal/external engagements. Handle confidential communications, board materials, and executive-level correspondence. Book and manage global travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Prepare polished presentations, reports, and talking points for meetings and events. Liaise with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion. Track key initiatives and assist with project deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups. Submit expense reports and reconcile transactions promptly. Support event planning and internal coordination for executive off-sites and investor events. Maintain a pulse on shifting priorities and anticipate the needs of the Executive team. Required Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience. Proven track record of managing complex executive workflows and multiple priorities. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality, sound judgment, and discretion in a high-pressure setting. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant Experience working with board members, investors, and senior-level clients. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree is required.
