Job Description:
We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to hire a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior attorney. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across client matters, scheduling, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and understands the urgency and discretion required to support legal leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar, including client meetings and legal commitments Coordinate travel, often with last-minute and multi-location changes Organize meetings and ensure all materials and logistics are prepared in advance Act as a gatekeeper and trusted partner, managing communications and priorities Support the attorney's caseload, including document preparation and tracking key deadlines Assist with billing coordination, expenses, and administrative workflows Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects in a high-urgency environment Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within a legal or professional services environment Strong calendar management, organizational, and multitasking skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office; legal systems experience is a plus Ability to work onsite five days per week
