Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE
Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and optimizing executive time. Requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating the hospital's organizational structure. It also supports governance functions by coordinating Board of Directors and committee activities, including meeting logistics, materials preparation, and documentation.
MINIMUM MANDATORY
qualifications
Experience:
1-5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks. Strong understanding of hospital operations and the organizational structure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership, staff, and external contacts.
Mandatory Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Adherence to HCMC policies surrounding patient safety, infection control, and HIPAA. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office technologies. Compassionate, and adaptable to the dynamic needs of a rural healthcare setting. A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment as evidenced by positive employment references from previous and current employers. High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks. Preferred qualifications Bilingual skills in English and Spanish languages. Associates Degree in related field.
