Executive Assistant to Cole Mizak | Compass | Lake Tahoe Mizak Mountain Luxury Team at Compass is seeking a polished, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support top-producing Lake Tahoe real estate advisor Cole Mizak. Cole Mizak has personally closed over $250M in career sales, has been recognized among the top 1.5% of Realtors® nationwide, and was selected for the 2024 National Association of Realtors® 30 Under 30. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury service environment and enjoys being the right hand to a high-performing professional. Responsibilities include assisting with showings, listing appointments, calendar management, email correspondence, client communication, administrative support, and executive assistant duties. • This is not a position for someone who wants to become a solo real estate agent. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a long-term career in this support role. This is an in-office role, with a regular schedule of Tuesday through Saturday . Because the business is client-driven, candidates must be comfortable working weekends, flexible hours, and occasional last-minute scheduling needs . Key Responsibilities Provide direct day-to-day support to Cole Mizak in the management of his real estate business Coordinate and assist with property showings, inspections, listing appointments, broker events, and client meetings Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment logistics with precision and professionalism Oversee and assist with email correspondence and timely communication with clients, vendors, and business partners Support listing preparation, pre-market organization, marketing coordination, and administrative execution Assist with transaction-related tasks, document organization, and file management Help maintain smooth internal operations and ensure important deadlines, follow-ups, and priorities are handled efficiently Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience to clients and contacts Serve as a trusted operational and executive support partner in a fast-moving luxury real estate environment Qualifications Active NV & CA real estate licenses preferred; strong candidates with relevant experience will also be considered Previous experience in real estate, executive support, client services, hospitality, or a similar high-touch professional environment preferred Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly polished, professional, and discreet in all interactions Strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize under pressure Tech-savvy and comfortable with calendars, email management, document systems, and real estate platforms Self-starter with a positive attitude and a high standard of execution Ability to adapt quickly and operate with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment Must be comfortable working an in-office schedule Tuesday through Saturday Must be comfortable working weekends, flexible hours, and non-traditional business demands Ideal Candidate Profile This role is best suited for someone who is ambitious, dependable, and takes genuine pride in helping a top-performing professional stay organized, responsive, and client-focused.
