The Junell Realty Group, a top-performing team at Keller Williams Realty serving Northern Nevada since 2016, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant who can work in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations
  • supporting the owners, agents, and clients through every step of the home buying and selling journey.
You'll manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, keep clients informed and excited, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You're a great fit if you: Excel at organization, project management, and follow-through with unwavering attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with clients, vendors, and team members Solve problems logically and methodically while staying calm under pressure Are deeply committed to doing things the right way with consistent quality About the role: This is a senior-level position requiring at least 5 years of administrative experience. We need someone who can immediately take ownership of complex systems with minimal supervision. Essential skills include the ability to organize, prioritize and maintain exceptional attention to detail across multiple priorities.   • $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Total Compensation:
Our profit-sharing program has historically contributed an additional $10,000
  • $20,000 annually, bringing total earning potential to $65,000
  • $92,000+ for the right candidate. Health insurance with employer contribution Retirement plan with company match 15 days annually, plus 9 paid holidays Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Real Estate License & Continuing education reimbursement Profit sharing
  • eligibility after qualifying period, with monthly payouts that have historically ranged from $10,000

Responsibilities:
Client & Event Coordination:
Oversee all contracts through closing, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally Manage all administrative coordination, logistics, marketing, partner communication, registration, and on-site execution of the Retired Living Truth Seminar Series events, workshops, and tours
Operations & Systems:
Manage & improve all systems for transaction coordination, internal and client communication, information management, central database management, and back-office support Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of all office equipment & supplies Track and update Key Performance Indicators for
Dashboards, Reports & Meetings Calendar & Executive Support:
Manage owner calendars, keeping leadership informed of appointments, action items, messages, and relevant business matters
  • both internal and external Keep the agents and managing members promptly informed of any problems or issues requiring attention Marketing & Communications Ensure all marketing campaigns are executed in a timely and systematic manner Manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, move management, and related marketing initiatives Financial Management Maintain all financial systems, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliation, payroll, commission collection, budget management, and financial reporting
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative support experience in a demanding and challenging environment with a focus on client service Proven ability to work independently, self-prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks through to completion with minimal supervision. Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook/Email, Google Workspace and Canva is required Excellent grammatical, editing, and proofreading skills are required Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to make solid business decisions, problem-solve, and operate in a highly dynamic work environment Proven ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality and objectivity Ability to work in a team setting and conduct and present oneself in a highly professional manner with both internal and external clients and personnel Post-secondary education; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
