Executive Assistant at Prestigious Investment Firm (Greenwich, CT) A fast?paced investment team is looking for a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and team of executives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, anticipates needs, and excels in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive communications Coordinate domestic/international travel and occasional private aviation Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports Support quarterly tax documentation and expense reporting Organize meetings, events, and team logistics Assist with special projects and provide backup support to the admin team Requirements 2-5 years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience (finance a plus) Strong Microsoft Office skills Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail Ability to multitask, problem?solve, and stay ahead in a fast?moving environment High integrity and comfort handling sensitive information
