Job Description

Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer and Chief Communications Officer is more than an executive assistant; they are trusted partners and are strategic assets. They will provide direct support, anticipate their leaders' needs and exercise sound judgment to ensure smooth operations and help the CPO and CCO focus on high-level strategic initiatives. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's internal workings to be a vital bridge between their leaders and various internal and external partners. This role will be critical in supporting their leaders' effectiveness by providing high-level administrative support, managing the calendar, coordinating complex schedules, travel, and managing confidential communications, and serving as a liaison between the CPO, CCO, Office of the CEO, the ELT, and all other internal/external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational and influencing skills while maintaining confidentiality. Your Impact Manage and prioritize the CPO and CCO calendar, coordinating meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring time for strategic work and personal commitments. Liaison with other EAs to facilitate an efficient and effective way of working. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, and agendas. Establish standard process to manage leaders' inbox (if desired by each respective leader) and supports drafting communications and communicating when important emails are sent/received, expense reports, etc. Screening requests for time with the leaders, prioritizing access to the CPO and CCO.
