The Executive Assistant will work alongside a passionate staff that is mission-driven, results-driven and compassionate to individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the Director to increase the organizations impact in the community. Organize and schedule appointments for the Director with staff, guest, volunteers and donors, business partners, and job candidates. Create, reply to, and triage emails in a very professional and timely manner. Ensure that the Director receives all messages in a timely fashion. Answer the phone and take messages in a very professional and timely manner. Ensure that the Director receives all messages in a timely fashion. Assist the Director and organization staff and board in preparing meeting agendas, recording attendance, project tracking, and preparing minutes. Provide support and communication between the Director's office, board, staff and community partners Attend community meetings and perform outreach representing the organization Collect and assemble data as required and prepare monthly reports utilizing Excel and other software to record and visualize the results Accepts and perform temporary or long term assignments to various departments within the facility as required by the

Friday Experience:
Knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel and database software. 3•5 years experience in administration
Pay:
$17.00•$21.00 per hour
