Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Executive Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership and office staff while ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinating communication with internal staff and external vendors, and supporting billing and administrative workflows. Duties Process, send, receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Upload, scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical office documents. Assist with incoming and outgoing fax communications, ensuring timely and accurate transmission of confidential documentation. Prepare, generate, and distribute patient co-payment letters and other billing-related correspondence. Provide administrative support to office staff with billing mail, insurance documentation, and related office communications. Contact insurance companies regarding claims, eligibility verification, payment status, authorizations, and account inquiries. Monitor office supply levels and coordinate restocking of essential equipment and supplies, including printer toner, paper, and related materials. Communicate with vendors and service providers regarding office equipment maintenance, supply orders, and operational needs. Maintain organized filing systems while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and documentation standards. Support daily office operations by prioritizing administrative tasks, managing communications, and assisting with special projects as needed. Requirements 1+ years of experience in an administrative support, executive assistant, office coordinator, or medical office support role preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced office environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and professional written and verbal communication skills. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
