CEO About the Opportunity CDC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and assist with the coordination of multiple ongoing projects. With more than $500 million in active projects across local and out-of-state developments, this is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional follow-up skills, financial aptitude, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. We are looking for someone who is loyal, professional, street-smart, and capable of managing competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO. Assist in managing and coordinating multiple company projects and initiatives. Track deadlines, action items, and project milestones to ensure timely completion. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents. Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and communications. Support financial tracking, budgeting activities, and project-related reporting. Assist with marketing initiatives and company communications as needed. Serve as a liaison between the CEO, staff, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. Ensure consistent follow-up on tasks, commitments, and outstanding issues. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Operations Manager, or similar senior-level support role. Strong financial aptitude and comfort working with budgets, reports, and business metrics. Marketing experience or familiarity with marketing initiatives is preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Outstanding people skills and professional communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and operate with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent follow-up and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software tools. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
