Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive, high-level support to the Executive. The ideal candidate is a master of logistics, a seamless communicator, and a strategic thinker who anticipates needs before they arise. As the Executive s right hand, you will manage a fast-paced daily schedule, handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, and serve as a critical liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
salary:
$80,000 - $90,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

Calendar & Schedule Management Gatekeeping:
Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Executive, managing all incoming requests for their time.
Strategic Scheduling:
Oversee and optimize a complex, ever-changing calendar, ensuring meetings are prioritized effectively and prep time is built in.
Time Management:
Keep the Executive on track throughout the day, proactively managing delays or shifting priorities. ✈️
Travel & Logistics End-to-End Coordination:
Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visas.
Expense Management:
Track, compile, and submit monthly expense reports with meticulous accuracy.
Communication & Representation Correspondence:
Draft, edit, and review emails, memos, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the Executive.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of the Executive to clients, partners, and team members.
Meeting Support:
Attend key meetings to take detailed notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through from team members.
Operations & Project Support Project Tracking:
Help monitor progress on key initiatives and special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Personal Support:
Assist with occasional personal administrative tasks as needed to maximize the Executive's daily efficiency.
