Responsibilities Manage complex calendars using Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing meetings. Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Handle office management duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing front desk operations. Organize events and meetings by planning logistics, preparing agendas, and coordinating with vendors or participants. Serve as a point of contact with excellent phone etiquette, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Requirements Proven experience in an executive administrative or office management role with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and data entry systems. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; capable of transcription and proofreading documents effectively. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
