Residential Development About Us We are a fast-paced residential home builder focused on high-quality custom homes and developments in Westchester County. Our projects move quickly, and we take pride in delivering a strong customer experience from start to finish. We're looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to become the backbone of our day-to-day operations — someone who can keep the business organized, finances in order, and clients moving forward. The Role This is a hands-on, high-impact position that blends office management, bookkeeping, and client coordination. You'll work directly with ownership and play a key role in keeping projects and operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Responsible For Financial Management Manage QuickBooks (Accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, job costing) Run payroll Track project expenses and budgets Monitor bank accounts and cash flow Coordinate with accountant Office & Administrative Answer phones, emails, and greet clients Keep files, contracts, and permits organized Manage schedules and internal coordination Client Coordination Meet with clients to guide them through finish selections Track selections, approvals, and deadlines Communicate decisions to vendors and field team Help ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience Operations Support Assist with vendor and subcontractor coordination Track project timelines and flag delays Keep internal processes organized and moving What We're Looking For 3+ years experience in construction, real estate, or similar field Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working directly with clients Ability to manage multiple priorities at once Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems Compensation $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience) Paid Vacation & Holiday time Health benefits available Long term growth opportunity with growing company
