Job Description

Slomin's Inc., the nation's largest privately owned home security company and residential heating oil provider is looking for a Full-Time Executive Administrative Assistant , based out of our corporate office in Hicksville, NY. Qualified candidate would be possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task with ease. Candidate must be reliable, professional, flexible, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Must be able to handle confidential information. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to answering phones, generating reports, word processing, scheduling, event planning and assisting executives with the overall business operation.
Job Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible; weekends and holidays as needed Excellent communication and phone skills Proficient in Microsoft Office This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and a generous benefits package .
